Hangouver – Brand Design Project
Hangouver is a conceptual project focused on building a complete brand identity and style guide for a fictional company. The concept is inspired by the iconic red party cup, a symbol widely recognized in social gatherings. The brand’s mission is to connect international students living in Vancouver through fun, inclusive, and multicultural events.
This project showcases my early-stage design abilities and creativity, especially in applying color theory and typography to create a cohesive and charismatic brand identity. Even as a beginner, I was able to communicate the essence of the brand in a way that feels both bold and approachable.

Techne Marketing
Techne Marketing is a project focused on developing a content strategy for a marketing agency. The core concept is to provide high-value, easily digestible marketing tips and best practices to help local businesses grow. The content is designed as a series of social media carousel posts covering topics like "How to survive as a local business," "Tips for taking photos," and "What is a USP?"
This project demonstrates my ability to understand a target audience, create a cohesive content plan, and produce a variety of engaging materials. It showcases my skills in strategic thinking, content creation, and visual communication, all aimed at delivering practical advice to small business owners.

Melville Café
Melville Café was a project where I applied my marketing knowledge in a real-world setting. Melville is a local café in downtown Vancouver whose social media had been inactive for more than eight years. Drawing on my expertise and prior experience in social media management, I re-launched their Instagram and developed the brand’s tone of voice. This project gave me firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities of running and sustaining a small business.
The Instagram campaign I created was essential in achieving our SMART goal: increasing followers and brand awareness. Through consistent, carefully planned weekly content, we successfully revitalized the café’s digital presence and strengthened its connection with the local community.
